Daniel P. Kremin, Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Health Care Providers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in psychology.
Recognized as one of America’s Top Doctors in 2017, Dr. Kremin is thrilled with his continued success in clinical and forensic psychology. He has operated in his own private practice since 1992, and has been qualified to be called to testify in court as an expert witness numerous times. Previously, Dr. Kremin garnered experience as an assistant superintendent and director of special education and pupil personnel services at Hicksville Public Schools, the director of special services at Teaneck Public Schools, and the chair, assistant to the regional coordinator, Learning Disabilities Identification Program coordinator, psychologist, Committee on Handicapped member, and clinical coordinator at the New York Board of Education. Other notable roles include senior psychologist at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, psychologist at Winthrop University Hospital, police surgeon at the New York States Fraternal Order of Police, assistant professor of psychology at Adelphi University, and assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University.
To prepare for his career, Dr. Kremin earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1967 and a Master of Arts in 1974 from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He continued his studies at Yeshiva University, completing a Master of Science in 1976, an SpC in 1977, and a PhD in 1978. He has been recognized as a registered custody evaluator by the American College of Forensic Examiners, and he is certified in clinical and forensic psychology by the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators, and board certified in homeland security and in school and emergency crisis response. Further, he is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychological Specialties, the American Board of Administrative Psychology, the American Board Forensic Examiners, and the American Board of Forensic Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners.
